Perancangan Desain User Interface Guna Meningkatkan User Experience Menggunakan Metode Human-Centered Design

PT. Pamuji Media Infotama is committed to providing the best services that cater to the needs and desires of clients. As a website service provider, the company's main focus is ensuring high-performance websites to prevent issues and ensure smooth maintenance services. One of the clients that has utilized the company's services is geraiherbaljogja.com, a crucial e-commerce website that showcases products and facilitates purchase transactions. Consequently, user interface design becomes critical for enhancing user experience and aligning with client requirements. In order to enhance user experience, the Human-Centered Design (HCD) approach has been chosen for this development. This method is suitable due to its emphasis on user and stakeholder needs, as well as its involvement in iterations leading to optimal solution design. From the conducted research, an average of 87.8% of users agreed, indicating that users did not encounter issues with the website's user experience (UX). Conversely, responses indicating disagreement accounted for 6.4%, and other indicators accounted for 23.3%, signifying that 29.7% still encountered UX-related problems. Furthermore, users provided detailed responses regarding problem findings in additional survey questions. After analysis, these problem findings resulted in a total of 12 points, as indicated in Table 5.9 of the Usability Evaluation Results.
