The use of information technology (IT) at this time has become a fundamental requirement in various fields of life so as to encourage institutional management to utilize information technology, good IT management will ensure efficiency and achieve good service quality for institutional goals. To increase the effectiveness and efficiency of business processes at SIDU University of nineteen November kolaka, it is necessary to have a measurement to determine the current capability level of information technology governance so that improvements can be made to information technology governance. Researchers used the APO domain in the APO 08 process (Manage Relations) the results obtained were at level 1 with a value of L (largely achieved), with a percentage value of 76%. This explains that the implementation process has been running. To reach level 1, corrective steps are needed that should be taken to improve information technology governance in the APO08 process.
