Hemoglobin examination is generally done by invasive methods. Technological developments can replace this method to be non-invasive. Through this method, it can shorten the work process of health workers and provide comfort to patients. Therefore, this study made a non-invasive hemoglobin level measuring device. Measurements do not need to take blood samples on patients but only attach fingers to the Hb sensor. The tool is designed using an ATmega328 microcontroller that functions to process data into Hb values. Hb value readings use the Max30100 sensor. The readings of the tool are distinguished by type, since males and females have different normal values of Hb. The sensor readings will be displayed on the 16x2 LCD screen in grams/dl. When the Hb value exceeds the normal limit, the buzzer will sound. The process of testing non-invasive hemoglobin level measuring devices is carried out by comparing the values obtained from non-invasive hemoglobin measuring devices with invasive measuring devices. Data collection was carried out 5 times on male respondents and 5 times on female respondents. From the results of the data on male respondents, an average difference of 0.8 and an error percentage of 0.04% were obtained. Then for female respondents, an average difference of 0.8 and an error percentage of 0.05% were obtained. The results showed that the device can measure hemoglobin levels without injuring patients so as to provide a sense of comfort, effectiveness and efficiency
