Medicine inventory management in puskesmas is a crucial aspect in providing optimal health services. Problems such as discrepancies in procurement, excess stock, and lack of stock require the right solution. This study applied the Fuzzy C-Means (FCM) method to classify drug data management at the Soreang Health Center. Data from 100 types of Medicinewere used to group Medicinebased on the intensity of their use. The findings showed that FCM was able to group Medicineinto three categories: high, medium, and low, with an accuracy rate of 85.61%. The implication is that this study provides insight for the management of the Soreang Health Center in optimizing drug inventory management, enabling more effective drug planning and procurement. This method can be applied in other health centers to improve drug management practices
